How can it be that it's coming up for two weeks since I did whatever I've done to my leg and it's still just as sore - in fact even more sore later in the day?
The nearest I've come to breaking into a run is when I've had to dash to cross the road or jump onto a tube.
Just doing either of those things causes shooting pains in my shin.
The thought of trying to run is not a comfortable one.
London's well out of the picture now. So much so that I've deleted my running calendar from my iPhone, the one which contained my 16-week schedule.
So, my thoughts are firmly on sorting this out, which will inevitably mean no running for a good bit yet.
The Loch Ness Marathon is on October 3. Hmmmmmmmm.
Maybe this is the year that I'll complete my hat-trick of Loch Ness Marathons and return to fight another day in London in 2011?

Sorry to hear that. Must be very frustrating. Hope it gets fixed and you can focus on Loch Ness.
