The musings and ramblings of an itinerant Scottish runner

Thursday, May 8

And the summer continues ...

Another two runs today, the first again with S and the bairns - 1.75 miles in total from the school to Victoria Park and back.

It's a real joy to get out first thing in the morning with the sun beating down. S reckoned it was very reminiscent of AMI! I wish.

Not such a great run after work.

I headed up from PQ to Kelvingrove Park but I felt very hot and heavy all the way there and back (3.92 miles).

I took the plunge with the new Nike Triax 11+ and decided to wear them outside.

I've ended up with achey legs in places, no great surprise there though. They definitely felt "different" - wider on the landing and more traction on the ground.
